Technical Coordinator

  • The Technical Coordinator is ultimately responsible for coordinating orders, stock, installation teams and customer satisfaction *Technical Coordination : * · Booking and managing of Technicians / Sub Contractors;
  • Confirming appointments with Clients; · Preparing of stock and consumables for installations; · Booking of Vehicles and Accommodation, arranging S&Ts;
  • Retrieve paperwork from Technicians and process; · Manage SLA contracts : assign calls and ensure its completed in timeframe;
  • Update Helpdesk calls - escalate missed SLA calls; *Storekeeping : * · Ensuring stock levels are kept up to date; · Stock Checks;
  • Storeroom neatness; · Stock issuing; · Warranty replacement process. *Minimum
  • Requirements :

  • Senior Certificate (essential); · 2 Years stock control experience; · 2 Years experience in technical staff time management;
  • Call desk / Ticketing System experience; · Management of Service Level agreements (Maintenance contracts). *Competencies : * · Communication skills (read, write and speak) very important;
  • Continuous skill improvement and self-development; · Adhere to company processes; · Strong interpersonal skills (with clients, suppliers and team members);
