  • Responsible for full payroll functions for +- 56 clients. (400 450 employees)
  • Responding to inquiries related to payroll and providing guidance on payroll taxes and employee benefits
  • Tax on bonus implementation
  • Pension fund administration (add on and withdrawals)
  • Medical aid administration
  • Maternity payments
  • Terminations
  • Payslip approval and printing
  • Loading of payments via Standard Bank Business online banking
  • Completion and Submission of EMP201 's via Efiling
  • Completion and Submission of IRP5's bi-annually via Easyfile
  • OID registrations, calculations and submissions
  • UIF registrations and submissions
  • Leave administration
  • Responsible for petty cash;
  • 3rd Party administration
  • Experience in auditing payrolls
  • Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations and implement new procedures accordingly
  • Confirmation of employment letters

  • Draw up Letters of employment and amended staff contracts
  • HR Adhoc duties
  • Submitting of Quarterly Employment Statistics
  • Capture and reconcile the salary bank account on a monthly basis,
  • Responsible to resolve General Ledger queries
  • Invoice payroll clients and following up on outstanding invoices
  • Filing objections and interact with SARS regarding outcomes
  • Experience with Estates Administration advantageous
  • Grade 12
  • Certificate or higher in Payroll Administration or equivalent
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Advanced Word, proficient PowerPoint
  • VIP Payroll, Sage Online and Pastel
